He hopes to improve the perception and knowledge of his small country in the West. He is unaware a former KGB assassin was hired to bring about chaos by raising the level of hatred against a population of stateless people who also reside in the country. After being guided to the plight of the stateless and working with his cultural guide, the writer finds himself trying to stop the conspiracy and prevent further bloodshed including the bombing of a large, fully occupied 5 Star hotel
