Short Summary

Early one morning, a black hole appears in the sky above Red Ridge Drive in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The arrival of the black hole spurs Stella and Aleksi Volkov into finally telling their son Finn that they are aliens in hiding. Unfortunately, they discover that Finn has disappeared from his bed.

Finn, his friend Wolfie, and a foul-tempered talking flower named Dasha, hitch a ride across the galaxy with a band of space gypsies, only to find that Earth is under attack.
