Does it count as two-timing if you are in two different decades? Tara Pickering has everything – an impressive house in a quaint Hertfordshire village and a handsome accountant boyfriend, Stephen. She stumbles upon a time portal in her garden, linking between the present and 1978. Tara faces conflict when she falls in love with farm-worker Jack and the 1970's community spirit of Great Hadden, which the village now seems to have lost since the closure of its railway station. Logistics of her complicated life and the choices she makes will have repercussions on everyone around her.

Short Summary

Tara moves into a lovely country house with Stephen. She discovers a time portal in the garden hedge, taking her back to 1978 where she falls in love with Jack. The station at the top of the road is still running. Tara later discovers Jack is the same person she has just seen buried in 2017.

Pretty English village. Most of the locations still exist including Henry Moore's house (famous sculptor). Also old railway station (several available).
