Some secrets are above the Presidency. Point-K secrets (president only informed if needs to know). A 60-year-old Point-K secret is at risk. If exposed, it will result in a global power shift and the collapse of the US economy. A secret that links the US military to the greatest unresolved mystery of WW2 - Rudolf Hess and his secret mission. The CIA launch a massive effort on British soil to eliminate the man who discovered their secret. One woman stands in their way.
