Brief
Jai reconnects with his soulmate while giving a three part seminar based on his teachings that are similar to Jainism's concept for rebirth. Jai teaches the audience how to learn to self-love in order to reach nirvana. His soulmate Roxy dies but their love had healed them so the couple is able to meet in death rather than be lost to each other again in the reincarnation cycle.

Accuracy of Book Profile
Yes the book accurately explains how the philosophies work in past affects the future lives and that Jai and Roxy are able to break the cycle and achieve Nirvana. Something to consider changing is that in short summary, it focuses on the suicide scene which is not really a focus of the novel outside the first couple of pages so does not need attention in the summary.
Draw of Story
Jai is able to come to peace with a lot of controversial topics in a way that not many people would imagine. There are unexpected third choices that he presents that the normal two sides in politics rarely consider.
Possible Drawbacks
The explanations of philosophy through the seminar can feel long in pacing compared to Jai and Roxy's love story. Rather than telling the audience about the love story and examples, breaking up the format more with showing the examples could avoid blocks of exposition that slow down the pacing at times.
Use of Special Effects
THE STORY RELIES HEAVILY ON SPECIAL EFFECTS
Primary Hook of Story
The hook is that a man witnesses a suicide and is able to be okay with it right away. This shows that he thinks differently that most characters. The lasting hook is the complicated love story of the soulmates creates emotional investment in them discovering their match before Roxy dies.
Fanbase Potential
This could have a small but dedicated fanbase of those who like alternative opinions and theology.
Awards Potential
This is unlikely to have awards potential as political correctness often means excluding religious films from mainstream nominations. This may be considered for religious film awards inline with the same religion as the ideology, but this market is a lot smaller than secular mainstream awards
Envisioned Budget
MEDIUM BUDGET

What’s New About the Story
There are religious ideologies that are not commonly seen in western society. Rather than focusing the seminars just on exposition of these ideas it could be added that examples are shown in human interactions such as the way concepts are demonstrated in Jai's and Roxy's relationship.
Lead Characters
Jai is very serene in any situation from witnessing suicide to the death of his soul mate. His religious philosophies give him an unshakeable level-headedness.
Uniqueness of Story
This has a lot of unique religious philosophy, but it instances of crime that cause other's suffering and pain they might find the answers provided too controversial. It is very unique in its outlook, that can't be denied, but sticking to less polarizing politics such as just subjects of love and emotions could help improve the marketability.

Analyst Recommendation
WORK IN PROGRESS
Justification
While the story has many positive points, it has room for improvement (see possible paths below). If you can't change the story at this point, my suggestion is using your notes as a guide to highlight the best aspects of it when taking the next steps, either putting a pitch page together, a treatment, or a presentation.
Tips for Improvement
Minimizing the amount of stage time in order to showcase the philosophies in action could help even out the pacing. And focusing on just a few philosophies through discussion and application could help create a more developed theme as too many new philosophies can be overwhelming especially as solely abstract concepts.
