It is a colonisation Doomsday story that ends with the World being much smaller and is a utopia. The story starts on the planet Alpha Dracaenas where three highly intelligent babies are born in the hatchery who are nasty Razuk, nice Rak and lovely Rani. When they grow up they are elected to the governing board of twenty. Razuk becomes the leader. For thousands of years, the Alpha Draconian race has been replacing every living creature on what they call the Blue Planet and replacing them exactly three thousand years apart with a new creation. Rak is sent to replace the seventh creation with the Eighth Re-creation. When he lands on the planet in Sydney Australia during the Olympic games, while monitoring he finds that everyone is enjoying one another from every country on the planet. Where he was expecting to find the opposite and decided not to use the Eighth Re-Creation. What he did find was that the Planet was blowing up like a balloon as was going to explode within six months unless he can freeze the caw. After some deliberation when they notice an increase in earthquake and volcano activity, they asked him to try to save them. Rak warns them that when he freezes the caw the planet will shrink dramatically and instructs them to build tent cities in high places and move the populations into them, as the cities and towns as they know them will no longer exist, as they will be smashed to smithereens by huge waves.Razuk joins him and from both poles they they send diggers to the centre of the Earth to freeze the caw. This resulted in exactly how Rak had warned the people. Quite a few stayed and were killed as stayed for various reasons. After the Rapture the tent cities survived and it was decided the New World would now be called Alpha Beta and all Kings, Presidents, Premiers and leaders of all kinds were no longer... Rak chose until the next election four people to run the four nomes jointly. There was no religions of any kind as the people were now wall aware who their creators are.
