Damian Forest Light was born in NYC lived there for 20 years, travelled thoroughly throughout the Southwest and West Coast, blogs, composes and arranges musical compositions and presently lives outside of Los Angeles. He earned a contract with Tower Records Music Group in NyC while living on the streets and squatting, collecting metal in order to pay for his studio time and producer's lunch and was present at a contract meeting with executives when Tower announced their closure and bankruptcy. He left negotiations with Warner Records of his own decision and volition and is earning his MA in Film and Communication near LA. He basically raised himself and was both Poet and Photographer of the year 2006 by the International Library of Congress and has earned the Edlee Music Award, while publishing several books on his own.
