Development Pitch
I would use a drone for the motorcycle scenes at the beginning to show the lone wolf characteristic of the mystery protagonist. I would put all dream sequences in black and white until the shock end is revealed in each dream then I would incorporate color. I would use the music from the previous Human Game into the story while adding a more sinister beat for the antagonist. And I would make sure that the female characters were viewed as essential parts of the story seeing that this episode focuses on female lead.

Draw of Story
The hook of the script is definitely the sharpness of the dialogue, even though plot is underdeveloped.
Possible Drawbacks
There are some typing issues - those can be easily solved; however scenes and characters need to be developed in order to allow the narrative to gain substance and originality.
Use of Special Effects
THE STORY RELIES A LITTLE BIT ON SPECIAL EFFECTS
Primary Hook of Story
The hook about this script is the idea of murderers helping bring justice to murders. Even though very short, dialogue shown is witty.
Fanbase Potential
There isn't enough information in the script in order to know if this adaptation could have a large fanbase.
Awards Potential
There also isn't enough information in the script in order to know if it could have awards potential, however the extremely violent scene would require exquisite acting and directing to be considered.

What’s New About the Story
The most original thing about this story is how the psychic solving crimes doesn't have the attention of detectives and end up resorting to the murders of other crimes to stop a psychopath killing young children.
Lead Characters
Morgan, Clifton and Virgil are interesting and dubious characters with potential, however could have many layers added to them.
Uniqueness of Story
It isn't a rare gem however narrative is well tied-up even underdeveloped. Characters are interesting but still raw.

Analyst Recommendation
WORK IN PROGRESS
Justification
It is a work in progress as the narrative needs to be properly developed in order to get the attention of a studio and have a chance on being invested on.
Tips for Improvement
If the author has the ambition of getting the attention of studios to adapt, finance and invest on the narrative, some considerable work must be put into the script.
