Logline

Paradise Peak farm is where Olivia is raised by her Grandparents, high in the mountains of New Zealand’s Southern Alps. A place of splendid isolation and natural beauty…Truly a place called Paradise. It is also a place where she finds it difficult to discern between the magical dream world of her childhood and the nightmares that relentlessly pursue her through adolescence and adulthood. When embarking upon her OE and entering London’s fashion garment industry, Olivia is plunged into a world of greed and deceit. A world perilously different from the surreal world she grew up in. Savagely wrenched apart by a tragedy involving the two people she loves the most, followed by being introduced to the drug scene amidst the party set of London has Olivia spiralling into a nightmare of hopelessness and despair. She succumbs to a drug induced madness which quickly engulfs her, and threatens to destroy everything about the previous life she held dear – including herself. Desperate to regain her sanity Olivia finds what she has been searching for in the most unlikely place – within herself. An inner sanctuary of self awareness is shown to her by a mentor of many lifetimes and pulls Olivia back from the brink of madness and fear of the unknown. The pathway leads to ageless wisdom, opening up a world of freedom and providing an inherent power to control her destiny. Amongst the darkness and the nightmares relentlessly haunting her there shines a light of hope. This is a story of Olivia’s world – a world that once cocooned her in love, magic and intrigue but now had become a world of tragedy and terror, leading to self destruction. This story highlights that success in life is a journey, not a destination. A story which leads each of us to the inner door we must step through enabling us to take control and break the bondage of human limitation. To master life, we must first become masters of ourselves – making us aware of our own awareness. The Magician and the Magic are one and the same...
