The book opens with a perfect day for skydiving out at the local drop zone with some of Tony's buddies and students. His first jump of the day involves a Gunnery Sergeant who is a student jumper. Tony's jump ends in terror as both the main and reserve parachutes are totally entangled and choked off!
The book ends with the jump it began with and its outcome. It goes into final thoughts of leading a life not based on fear, but dreams, and not allowing those dreams to succumb to the constraints other people place upon themselves throughout life.

Development Pitch
The book is written the way you would sit down with the family and tell the tales of a lifetime, with everyone listening, going through a wide range of emotions the stories bring. Tony's life is one that never stops and is one exciting event after another, even though really, it is just a drop in the bucket of his life. One minute his life is threatened by a collapsed parachute headed to the ground at 100 miles per hour, the next he is caught scuba diving offshore in a horrific storm with cloud funnels, or hit head on by a car on the highway while traveling on a motorcycle, totaling both vehicles. The adventures go from one extreme to the other and you have to stop to remind yourself, this is a true story! There are moments of personal tragedy and friendship tragedies along the way. With so many accomplishments and failures there is never a dull moment even in his private personal times in life. But through it all he laughs and keeps a great positive attitude toward everything in life. There are things in the stories that can interest and attract people from all walks of life and genders. Many that sat down to read the book have already stated that once they get into the story they just can't put the book down wanting to see what happens next. For these reasons it could easily be adapted into a film that would hold the audiences attention from the start and remain entertaining to the end!
