Development Pitch

A parade of colorful and bizarre characters in comic situations contrasts with the struggles with career and search for love of the hero of Sundays at Simone's. By nature, a cinematic experience, the story offers glamour, humor, and the exposure of the foibles of Los Angeles aristocracy. Front and center is the city of Los Angeles itself, its familiar locations, fabulous Beverly Hills mansions, congested freeways, musical venues, even that haven twenty-six miles across the sea, Catalina Island. The glamorous duchess of Los Angeles, Simone Livingston, is the puppet master who pulls the strings of the lives of those who are fortunate enough to receive an invitation to her Sundays.
