Development Pitch

"Da Guv" is like Men in Black meets Babylon 5 but on a MASSIVE scale. It's a love story, couched in sci-fi taking place at the Interverse Faire. It chronicles the Journey of Leon Russell, who is the new Grand Guv of the Interverse Faire, which is an expansive structure, hosting innumerable alien beings from across the universe for commerce, entertainment and diplomacy. Wonderous things happen and are found at the Interverse Faire, including the Testosterona 7000, the fastest ship in the universe, (which has no top speed). Engaged to his Delphaneusian fiancée, Maakui, he must first win the approval of her father, which culminates in a kraken hunt. Leon learns how widely varied species work together in peace and trust and that all lives are interconnected. There are heroes, villains, romance comedy, drama. The book series has gotten great reviews from readers.

About The Author

In 1984, I dreamt of an event where a spider-like alien creature had terrorized a female Humanoid alien creature’s place of business. A man called, “The Grand Guv” was contacted and the terrorists were taken down, the last terrorist being thrown into a ‘Porter gate and his species banished to their home world with their space faring technology, the science and resources used to develop them, confiscated. The female Humanoid was very grateful and they went to the Agora sector to meet with the former Grand Guv for dinner. In writing down the dream, I found myself asking, “Who are the characters? What are their back stories? What sort of ecosystem supports this life form and how did they get out into space?” But most of all, “Where and what is the place where all this happens? How did it come to be? Who built it?” Over the course of ten years, my story’s universe grew. The story grew. So much so that I had to break it up into five volumes of which, this is the first. There are other spin off stories as well in the same sci-fi universe. I want to thank the readers of the “Tales of the Interverse Faire” e-book for encouraging me to go to print on demand. This book is for you
