Development Pitch

Chasing Daybreak is Veronica Mars in a True Blood world. Compelling, funny, and sometimes dark and mysterious, it gives us a human heroine surrounded by otherworldly creatures, but with her very flawed human family at her heart. The villain of the story is one you never suspect, and his motivations make him very relatable. This project has major series potential and would work well as a television series or web show, as the mysteries Isabell needs to solve could go on for some time.

About The Author

Sherry is the author of over a dozen novels for teens and adults including the best selling Stolen Empire series. She can often be found browsing her local bookstore with a large white hot chocolate in one hand and a towering stack of books in the other. That is, unless she's on deadline at which time she, like the Loch Ness monster, is only seen in blurry photographs.
