Development Pitch

A self defense shooting has unjustly tarnished top prosecutor in Seattle, Tim McAndrews' near-perfect conviction record. Because of it he fears his career as an assistant district attorney is doomed to go nowhere. It's not all bad, though. Legendary FBI Profiler, Elias Cain has offered Tim a job with his team. As he weighs his options for the future, Tim, his wife and best friends take a much needed ski vacation to the Northern Idaho Ski Resort at Schweitzer Mountain. But before they leave, Medical Examiner, Kathy Hope, brings him a case where twin boys were murdered and dumped outside the emergency room doors of the children's hospital. Tim will head up the prosecutions case, that is, if he's allowed to go back to work. At the end of a fun and challenging day of skiing, a young girl is abducted in front of the lodge. After a thrilling snowmobile chase, Tim rescues the four-year-old, but the kidnapper gets away. Rainbow colored duct tape is the one clue that ties these kidnappings together. At the sheriff's office the next day, Tim runs into his friend Elias Cain, when giving his witness statement. Tim joins Elias' team to investigate the abductions. As their search for the kidnapper unfolds, Tim uncovers an international child trafficking ring, tangled up in unconventional medical practices and with ties to the occult using children as sacrifice for good health and long life. To take down this monster, Tim must put his life on the line.
