Development Pitch

I watched my husband be shot down like an animal in front of me and my children. After being a 19 year old widow with four young children and surviving it, I knew i could survive anything. Many people have been trough even much more. I say own your past and you will survive. While writing my book I felt that many readers could benefit from it. It covers a multitude of challenges such as domestic violence, child abuse, and murder that I had lived thru and I thought maybe it would inspire others in dealing with problems in their own lives. In my book I feel that there is something for all ages from 18 years and above, male or female. There are many single men raising their children in theses days and social barriers prevent them from getting the help they need because they are men. We all have a story to tell. Maybe it will inspire them to leave their generational history for their families. You can not spend that or waste it all away like money.

About The Author

Hello, I am a Veteran, a Retired Army Officer, Lieutenant Colonel. I served 30 years in the United States Military Services, Air Force Enlisted, Army Officer, and the National Guard Officer. I have always wanted to write a book. Six months before I retired from the last civilian job I promised myself that I was going to start writing a book on my birthday. On June 14, 2019, I turned 70 years of age. That was the last day I worked for any organization. At age 71 years of age, my book was published, Oct 6, 2020. I am living proof that age does not matter. Make up your mind and reach your goals.
