Short Summary

Disgraced small town sheriff Craig Connor seeks to redeem himself after stumbling upon a massive conspiracy to overthrow the U.S. government being orchestrated by Thomas Marshall - the charismatic leader of The Southern Liberation Front, a radical secessionist group with ties to foreign terrorists.

An elaborate shootout featuring antique American weaponry is staged at the HQ of the Southern Liberation Front from which the chivalrous villain Thomas Marshall emerges victorious over the depravedly heroic lawman Craig Connor; a more ambiguous, Macbeth-style epilogue then occurs in a flash forward.
