He also believes love can fade if romance is not nutured. Yet all too often romance seems to get lost in the flurry of everyday activates of work or child-rearing. He has written three novels that bring awareness to those in love so they won’t take love for granted and to restore the faith in love to those that have lost love. His first book, “Stories of Love” tells four stories of love. All that changes, when her husband Chuck becomes abusive and turns her life upside down. It becomes a constant struggle for Diane to hide the abuse from their children in hopes he will change. Diane loses the battle to keep her family together when her husband loses his grip on reality and things take a turn for the worse. Unsure of how her marriage became so volatile, she knows her only option is to take action and get a divorce. Despite Chuck’s unprovoked anger and relentless attempts to turn their children against her, she quickly embraces the role of single parent and does her best to provide a healthy, loving home for her children and manages to establish a sense of stability for her and her children. Emotions that had been untapped for years come flooding back to Diane, when fate brings Jack into her life. The feelings she has for Jack can’t be denied and she is forced to deal with her desires and embrace the emotions he has stirred. As she lets down her guard and allows Jack into her life, Diane must confront her concern that her children may not be ready to allow a new man into their lives. As Diane and Jack discover their love for each other, Chuck refuses to accept the loss of Diane’s love and continues to disrupt the lives of Diane and the children. All of Diane’s efforts to protect her children and create a safe and happy environment fall apart when Chuck takes matters into his own hands and commits an unthinkable act in a misguided attempt to reestablish his family.
