Development Pitch
Tommy Shore is a great character and ELM CITY BLUES is part detective novel, part travelogue, part foodie tome and a great character study of two friends trying to right some wrongs. Full of secondary characters that opens up the story in a big way, ELM CITY would make for a great mini-series or movie. There is also a second novel that involves Yale University and revolves around many of today's themes.
