Lowry Walker circles above a flooded world in the new ISS, until a terrorist attack ensnares her in a deadly web of political corruption.
The ISS enters the atmosphere and plummets into the Atlantic Ocean, killing all on board except Lowry. In the crash, the true culprit of the attack has perished, and his body is taken by a nefarious SWAT team so all evidence is gone, and an innocent man's conviction will stand.
