    Synopsis

MILLIE is a 15 year from a big Italian family living in a small town in Massachusetts in the 1950s. A serial killer is on the loose and everyone in the town is on edge. Chief of Police MARTIN SACCO, 48, leads the investigation.

Women are being raped and killed, and the victim's clothes are neatly folded next to them. Millie's sister NINA, 18, becomes one of the victims. The family is shattered. The cops arrest JOSEF, 18-25, who's their next door neighbor and stalked Nina.

DOMENIC, 20s, is Millie and Nina's brother who has become a priest. He's the rock of the family. Their parents are very old school and don't want their daughters dating, so they sneak around.

The cops run down leads on shady characters - they aren't convinced that Josef was the killer, and when they find a skull from a ten year old murder case that was similar to the serial killings, they know it's not Josef because he would have been too young.

The cops begin to suspect Domenic, who ends up writing a letter confessing to the crimes. The family is once again hit with tragedy when Domenic hangs himself in the church. The family is shunned in town, even in church.
