Development Pitch

Hunting Saleh is an action-filled battle of wits between two brilliant adversaries. Saleh plans to take out the President, Vice-President, the Supreme Court, and most heads of federal departments, all at the same time in the same place. To do this, Saleh engineers the death of a Supreme Court Justice on vacation, making it look like a heart attack, then plans to execute the attack during the Memorial Mass. Saleh engineers other diversionary attacks to draw the first responders away from Washington. Louise, after interrogating a subject held by the FBI who used the name Saleh in a social media post, knowing they desperately need intelligence, determines she must be the principal one to gather intelligence. She takes many chances confronting the bad guys while successfully gathering intelligence about the diversionary attacks, putting her own life, and her family, in danger. She learns enough so that the attack is largely neutralized. Saleh is furious after being made to look foolish and comes back a couple of years later intent on killing Louise and her family. The final battle between Saleh and Louise takes place in Louise's home, which Louise wins by driving a wooden stake through Saleh's abdomen.
