About The Author

Holding a B.A. degree in English from Colgate University, J.E. Deegan taught Language Arts in public and private schools for twenty years. He also worked as a communications specialist in advertising and public relations. Sports have been an important part of his life; he played football and baseball at Colgate and coached football and track at the high school level. Deegan has written a novel, two screenplays, short stories and poetry. His published works to date are: THE MOMENTS IN BETWEEN, a volume of poetry; LIMBOLAND, a collection of SFFH short stories; WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GUY, a collection of children’s stories; and CHRISTMAS POETRY, narrative poems written for his wife. A number of his short stories and poems have been published in anthologies, in print magazines and on internet sites. Additionally, he has had over fifty articles on a variety of subjects published in trade journal magazines Deegan and his wife June reside in Spring, Texas; they have three children and seven grandchildren.
