Short Summary

CLEMENTINE ABERNATHY steals from the rich to give the poor. Not exactly on the up-and-up, but she knows what it’s like to scrounge for food. Her mentor LUCIEN, found the young orphan stealing shoes for a shoeless friend, saw her potential, and groomed her to be his apprentice.


After almost going through with the heist, Clementine has second thoughts and confesses about her life to Jack but understands her.The antagonists will try to steal something precious to Jack and use her for that. She will get shot trying to protect his assets, but will survive and find her HEA.
