Short Summary
His life in turmoil, Billy Sharp ventures of to visit his aunt, a marine biologist living in a remote fishing village. Billy befriends a black sea captain who is under investigation for murder and becomes entangled in a quest for truth and justice.
The real killer, Captain Smiley, tracks Billy back to his aunt's cabin, and threatens their lives. Cleverly, Billy escapes only to be pursued by Arrow to the edge of a bluff overlooking the ocean. While standing on narrow ledge, Billy manages to push Arrow off and to his death.
