Development Pitch

Everything changed the day Brian Bingham looked through the attic window and saw something that wasn't there, or to be more accurate, wouldn't be there for another week. Through a mysterious octagonal window in his attic that no one else can see, Brian has a portal into the future, but the future is not always something he wants to see and is certainly not something he can control. Brian is having enough troubles in the present without worrying about the future. His parents are constantly fighting. His grades are plummeting. Even the highlight of his life, his new relationship with the prettiest girl in the school, is in jeopardy as he tries to interpret what the window is trying to tell him. When the window accurately predicts his best friend's brutal death, Brian's world is turned upside down. It becomes a battle between the window and him. In the end, it's Brian the window wants, and he begins to wonder if the window provides a way to escape everything that is going on in his life. The only problem is that the escape is permanent.
