When flat, tear shaped slivers begin showing up at various crimes and unexplained accidents, Senior Detective Steve Rhodiard and his partner, Detective Ronald Mcives, begin an investigation, which will lead them to a devious plot, set in motion by an advanced race of hominids.

After eight novels, Characters from all previous books must decide whether or not the fate of our humanity can be left to chance, or will the few rule with complete discrimination? Equality is worth fighting for, especially when the only other choice is damnation.

Development Pitch

In every aspect of the whole story context, I have strived to give high moral values and involve a diverse cross section of the world, from disabled at birth to world leaders, business owners to blue collar. All facets of this book series attempts to show how easy it would be to live in a world where equality is a choice to be good, not a direction of religion and law.

About The Author

Born and raised in the southern states of Australia, Darren has had a very diverse life from his many varied homes as a child, to the different choices and lifestyles he has encountered. ‘Writing has always been a part of me, I just never realised how much until I met my wife.’ Penning, ‘literally’, his first book as a teenager, it took a back seat for decades until he married his life partner Christine, which allowed him to settle into a stable work and home life he had searched for. With over 50 books yet to be published, Darren looks forward to a time when work commitments let him combine his need to write with the desire to spend more time with his family.
