Development Pitch

Create increasing tension with despicable persons flashing back to previous crimes and/or stalking new victims. Suddenly they meet their just end. Alternately, the camera switches to an office setting with people processing disability claims and dealing with people with disabling, perceived disabling, or fabricated disabling conditions or illnesses. There will also be scenes showing Matthew Brown, one of the main characters with no use of his right upper extremity and only partial use of his left upper extremity, adapting to and struggling with day-to-day activities. This main character slowly becomes aware that there is a killer in his office. As Brown gets closer, he is stalked and almost assassinated. Jim Shark, a coworker, also becomes conscious of the culprit. A chase ensues, eventually resulting in the capture of the vigilante serial killer. This tale will show the ethical and moral dilemmas of imperfect Christians living in a non-Christian world. Hopefully, people will be inspired to look beyond their limitations and conditions.
