Shiloh Carvelus grieves over the loss of her father, Samuel. While Shiloh, and her best friend Leah are in the woods, they meet, and befriend Beautiful Meadow, a mystical horse from a mythical island.



Short Summary

Some people say mystical horses that travel through time exist only in fairy tales. But not for twelve-year-old Shiloh Carvelus and her best friend eleven year old Leah Cassidy. Shiloh is outspoken, curious, marvels in adventure. Leah is the opposite, but never refuses an outing with her friend.

The travelers go back in time to Iceland where they meet a new friend, Arzur. Shiloh then learns, her step-father is a descendant from Arzur.


Montana, but Beautiful whisks Shiloh and Leah back in time to Ireland.

Beautiful and the Time Travelers, is a story filled with characters who are believable. After the loss of Shiloh's father, she experiences emotions that many readers, children, and adults can relate to. She befriends a beautiful creature, a mystical horse, that their bond becomes inseparable. Within the story is an adventure that will chill any reader. I feel that the producer who can create the interior scenes of this book would thrill any age movie goer.

About The Author

C.a. Eroh earned a bachelor's degree in human services with emphasis in administration from the college of Notre Dame, Maryland, in 1986. In 1983, she was founding mother of a program for abused women. Eroh retired from the Department of Veteran Affairs, Baltimore, Maryland as an audiology technician. She lives in Tennessee with Beautiful Meadow and a rescue horse named Ned. This is the first in a series.
