Development Pitch

The working life of the author presented in the order of the jobs/positions he acquired from his very first job as a youngster to his last employment position before retirement. The adaptation would be narrated by story teller and would include various scenes of both humorous and heart breaking experiences described in the narrative. Certain jobs/positions that are identified to be included into the adaptation may be changed/developed into more powerful emotional scenes such as the adolesent sexual predator episode and the witnessing of the drowning of a hotel guest etc. In addition, the humorous components of the story could be expanded for more amusing outcomes. The adaptation even with some dramatic/emotional enhancements will still be based on the narrative but will give the story a little more "bite" to capture audience appeal. The narrative is a unique memoir of the ups and downs of the author's actual experiences during his working life with guidance for the younger generation. The adaptation would serve as an entertaining, enjoyable and interesting production to be viewed by individuals of all ages.
