Development Pitch
This sequel to "Losing My Country Keeping My Soul", shows the emotional, gut wrenching, decision making process, that one individual went through, during the Vietnam war. By leaving his country, friends and relatives to prove a point, which was that you can oppose a war by rejecting that countries military stance, and not become a cog in the war machine. Canada was against the war in Vietnam, and this story brings out the feelings and emotions of everyday Canadians, who helped me to endure 4 years of living underground, until the day I was accepted as a Canadian citizen.
